Why? Because these years fly by and the change from middle school to high school deserves its own celebration and documentation! The years go by very quickly, as they do and I am grateful that I’m a photographer. I’m not waiting till the picture is perfect to take it, I’m not waiting till there’s a sunny day, till the braces are gone, til the hair grows out, til the teeth grow in. They are beautiful as they are. We so often wait, we mean to do it, saying we will do a photo shoot when the weather is beautiful, when the leaves are turning colors , when the children are older, when the family is visiting, when we’ve lost 5 pounds, but the time is now-there has actually never been a better time to document these amazing, chaotic, beautiful lives we live.
For those of you leaving CFI and heading to high school, I recommend the school- our school is so beautiful— what a great way to remember all those memories. Any Broad Ripple area students we can do mini sessions at your school or your home. Other session locations are held at Holliday Park, Holcomb Gardens and 49th and Monon Murals. *** Pocket sessions June 1-November 1 are only available on Monday through Friday.***The shoot is 30 minutes long, includes the editing and includes 25-30 high res images and the rights to print as you wish. 8th grade sessions are $150.
